As we all know, the power system shows a trend of diversification and innovation, the circuit breaker control circuit, as an important link in the power system to ensure the normal circuit breaker, directly affects the quality of power system operation. Once the control circuit is disconnected, technicians are required to fully analyze the cause of the fault and take corresponding measures to ensure that the circuit breaker can be opened and closed normally. However, it is difficult for field operators to find the problem due to the lack of professional knowledge. In this paper, based on the analysis of the control circuit break defects and elimination in Chuzhou area in recent years, and combined with the control circuit break principle research, an intelligent diagnostic instrument for circuit breaker control circuit disconnection is designed, which can effectively help field operators to find the cause of the fault, and provide maintenance measures for common fault causes.

In this study, municipal solid waste incineration fly ash (hereinafter called MSWI fly ash) was used as a main raw material, and it was prepared into a solidified body for MSWI fly ash with geopolymer by a single-component chemical alkali excitation method. The results were shown that when the content of MSWI fly ash was 50%, SiO_2/Al_2O_3 was between 3.51-4.04, and Na_2O/Al_2O_3 was between 0.24-0.30, with the increasing of SiO_2/Al_2O_3 and Na_2O/Al_2O_3, the 28d compressive strength of the solidified body showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing, the maximum 28d compressive strength was 17.7MPa. When SiO_2/Al_2O_3 was 4.04 and Na_2O/Al_2O_3 was 0.30, the minimum leaching concentrations of Pb~(2+) and Cd~(2+) were 0.018mg/L and 0.027 mg/L. When the content of MSWI fly ash was increasing, the 28d compressive strength of the solidified body gradually decreased, and the heavy metal ions leaching concentration gradually increased. The result of XRD and FTIR indicated that the MSWI fly ash was involved in the polymerization reaction, and the heavy metal ions in MSWI fly ash were also chemically solidified into the geopolymer structure.

This paper presents our recent research work on collaborative dynamic measurement. The main purpose of this research is to design the structure, function and working model of a collaborative dynamic measurement system. This paper first introduces the concept of Computer Supported Collaborative Dynamic Measurement System (CSCDMS) which includes the working model of collaborative measurement group, CSCWMS structure, and collaborative dynamic measurement data processing. The primary objective of CSCDMS is to share the distributed data resources, to reduce the cost and increase the measuring accuracy under the working model of dynamic measurement data processing. The systematic analysis shows that the working efficiency of Collaborative Dynamic Measurement System is much higher than that of the isolated dynamic measurement system.

Disk and memory faults are the leading causes of server breakdown. A proactive solution is to predict such hardware failure at the runtime and then isolate the hardware at risk and backup the data. However, the current model-based predictors are incapable of using the discrete time-series data, such as the values of device attributes, which conveys high-level information of the device behavior. In this paper, we propose a novel deep-learning based prediction scheme for system-level hardware failure prediction. We normalize the distribution of samples’ attributes from different vendors to make use of diverse training sets. We propose a temporal Convolution Neural Network based model that is insensitive to the noise in the time dimension. Finally, we design a loss function to train the model with extremely imbalanced samples effectively. Experimental results from an open S.M.A.R.T data set and an industrial data set show the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.

Due to the threshold has a great impact on the results of image segments, to select a better threshold, we adopt iteration threshold method. And then we uses MST to calculate the cost aggregation, and utilize the winner-take-all algorithm for the cost aggregation to obtain the disparity. Finally the method proposed is used in a distance measuring system. The experiment results show that this method improves the distance measuring accuracy compared with BM (block matching).
